Hawaiian Luau - $15/person
It's what we're best at! Let Big D bring a taste of Aloha to your party with simple island style favorites including slow roasted kalua pork (pulled pork for you mainlanders), shoyu chicken breast (braised, "melt in your mouth" chicken in soy ginger sauce), island style macaroni salad, and steamed white rice. We can make it extra amazing with flower leis for your guests and Hawaiian music & dancers for a little extra!
